MADIMAK
By Chef Ceren E. / Şarkışla Anatolian High School 

Ready in 20 mins
For 4 people



Ingredients

        1 Kilogram Madimak
        Half a Cup Of Oil
        3 Large Onions
        100 gram of ground beef
        2 Tablespoons of tomato paste
        1 or 1,5 glass  of boiled water
        1 tea glass of bulgur
        2 teaspoons of salt and red pepper on request

Preparations

  1. First, Madimaks are washed chopped in small pieces
  2. Second, roasted onion and oil are added on bacon and tomato paste.
  3. Then, wait for 5 minutes until the madimak die.
  4. Later on; the boiling water,bulgur and red pepper  are added on it.
  5. Finally, with a  low fire for 30 minutes, the pan is closed halfway and left to cook.

 Tips/Comments

Optionally served with yogurt and red pepper.
