Ingredients

1 Kilogram Madimak
●
Half a Cup Of Oil
●
3 Large Onions
●
100 gram of ground beef
●
2 Tablespoons of tomato paste
●
1 or 1,5 glass of boiled water
●
1 tea glass of bulgur
●
2 teaspoons of salt and red pepper
on request
Preparations
- First,
Madimaks are washed chopped in small pieces
- Second,
roasted onion and oil are added on bacon and tomato paste.
- Then, wait
for 5 minutes until the madimak die.
- Later on;
the boiling water,bulgur and red pepper
are added on it.
- Finally,
with a low fire for 30 minutes, the
pan is closed halfway and left to cook.
Tips/Comments
Optionally served with yogurt and red
pepper.
